    I can't say enough positive things about Linda and Jackie. I worked with both of them in 2024 after being diagnosed with prediabetes, and they were truly incredible. As a busy mom of three, I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. Linda took the time to understand my lifestyle and helped me create simple, realistic meals that fit my vegetarian diet and the chaos of family life. She's warm, relatable, and has such a gift for simplifying things without ever making me feel judged.
    I have been working with Linda since January, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Before meeting her, I felt like I was doing everything "right" and still getting nowhere. I was working out every day, hitting my steps, and eating what I thought was a very healthy diet with foods like avocado, eggs, salmon, hummus, and plenty of protein. Even with all of that effort, the scale would not budge, and I could not understand why
    I highly recommend Linda Michaelis. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and has helped me change my diet for the better. I am currently on a GLP and I have been working with her for quite a few months and she is educating me and helping me reach my goals. Before I was eating out, high carb meals, sweets and everything bad. She has taught me how to make better choices and still eat things I enjoy, but to portion control or eat them at different times, etc. Linda is a wealth of knowledge and has great recipes she has shared, so many tips and ideas for healthy snacks and tips on increasing my protein and fiber. She also has included strength training tips, and given me so much valuable information. I submit a weekly diet to her, and we review things during our appointments. I now feel more confident in choosing better foods, and still enjoying food. I am not restricting and going cold turkey, but adjusting portions, and when to eat these foods, and when to limit. I used to do a lot of yo-yo dieting and keto, and now I feel that I am working towards the goal of lifestyle changes, so my weight loss is attainable! I highly recommend Linda and you won't regret it!
